Due to COVID-19, we have taken extra measures to ensure patients are safe, whilst they access treatment. This is in accordance with government guidelines. Our staff wear masks and full PPE when treating patients and this includes a plastic gown over uniform, an FFP3 mask, a visor etc. We have completed adequate PPE donning and duffing training, to ensure that all staff and patients are kept safe. We also clean each surgery after use, and do not use it during the "resting period" to prevent cross-contamination.
Due to this resting period between appointments, we aren't able to see as many patients as we used to and are therefore very busy. You must call in advance to book and appointment, even for emergencies. You will only be able to enter the surgery if you have a booked appointment, and you will be able to enter the premises 10 minutes before your appointment, to prevent contact with other patients.
